Returns
✗ We do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.
Refunds & Replacements
✓ Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged
- Incorrect item was supplied
- Product was lost in transit
How to Make a Claim
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging and product
- A clear description of the issue
Processing
If your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
