Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are prioritised for same-day dispatch.

UK Delivery

UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive shipments are sent using insulated packaging with appropriate cooling materials where required, to ensure product integrity upon arrival.

International Orders

We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations — import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays & Risk

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
